These terms and conditions apply to the use of any of the websites owned and operated by Winton Health Foods. By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Pricing and Payment
1. The price of products are subject to change without notice. However the price you pay is the price that was advertised on the site at the time you place your order plus a delivery charge.2. Your credit card payment will not be authorised until such time as we have accepted your order. All our online transactions are secured via our credit card transaction partner. Barclaycard. Therefore your details will never be seen by anyone other than our payment provider, we are informed by them that the payment has been authorised.
Any information you enter into our website, will only be used by us or our credit card transaction partner for the purpose of fulfilling your order. Please rest assured we will never sell your information to any third party.
3. All transactions are conducted in pounds sterling and Winton Health Foods are not liable for any charges that you incur by your credit/debit card provider for using this currency.
Availablity
4. Once we have received you order, we request the products direct from the manufacturer. All products are subject to availability, while stocks last. We reserve the right to withdraw any product(s) from sale without incurring any liability.5. Should any product(s) you order be out of stock or unavailable, we will inform you by e-mail, allowing you to cancel your order should you wish. If we do not hear otherwise, we will send out your product(s) when back in stock. We do not operate a substitution system unless we have gained your permission to do so.
Delivery
6. All orders are subject to an administration/postage/packing fee which is currently £1.50 per order (not per item). For international administration/postage/packing fees please see the International Delivery link on our home page.7. All Deliveries are sent by First Class Royal Mail and delivery is normally within 10 working days and we make every effort to despatch goods within this time. However delays are occasionally inevitable. Delays are usually outside of our control, for example manufacturer cannot supply etc, but we will do our very best.
International deliveries may vary and Winton Health Foods cannot be held liable for any delay caused by the postal delivery service of any individual country (for more information on International deliveries and costs please visit the International Deliveries Link on our home page).
Returns
8. Products are checked before despatch, but in the unlikely event that you experience any problems, please contact us at advice@wintonhealthfoods.co.uk. We honour all requirements of UK Consumer protection Law and without affecting statutory rights as a consumer, we will replace or refund the price of any product(s) we consider unsatisfactory. Unfortunately we cannot accept any return of goods where the bottle or seal has been broken.Privacy
9. It is not our intention to forward promotional information of any third party either by email or post. However we may contact you via email to notify you of special offers or new products. All marketing email correspondence will contain a link to allow you to unsubscribe from future mailings.10. We have made every endeavour to ensure the accuracy of all information contained on this website. We accept no liability for any inaccuracies.
